COVID-19 appointment guidelines
For the health and safety of all clients and staff, the following guidelines provided by the government of Manitoba and health officials have been put in place:
Clients must use the self-screening tool before their appointment. This can be found at: https://sharedhealthmb.ca/covid19/screening-tool/.
Please stay at home if you are feeling ill or showing symptoms of COVID-19, we would be happy to reschedule your appointment.
If you or someone in your household has travelled, please do not book an appointment until you have self-quarantined for the required 14 days.
Appointment times have been staggered and have more time allotted to allow for proper social distancing. All clients must attend appointments alone as we will not be offering a waiting area at this time.
Please arrive for your appointment on-time. We may not be able to accommodate your appointment if you arrive late. Due to the high demand and wait list for appointments a 50% fee of booked services will be charged for all late or no-show appointments and cancelation with less than 24 hours’ notice.
We will provide hand sanitizer for your use when you arrive or you may wash your hands in the washroom before beginning your appointment.
Masks are mandatory for your visit. We are happy to provide you with a disposable mask for colour appointments.
Unfortunately we will not be able to provide refreshments or snacks. Please feel welcome to bring something with you.
There will be a $5.00 fee added to all services. This fee covers additional costs associated with PPE, sanitization and our eco-fee.
